Founder, Gentle Roots Doula
I’m a doula serving families on the Central Coast, offering compassionate support throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. As a mother myself—raising a little boy and preparing to welcome another baby—I understand how transformative and tender this season of life can be.
My intention is to create a sense of calm, confidence, and support as you navigate this journey. Whether you’re seeking education, hands-on care, or simply a steady presence, I would love to be part of your village and support you through this time.
